Our Listing Specialist is a native of Indiana who moved to the Smokies in 1998 and became a REALTOR® in 2002. Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his family and boating, traveling, hiking, and playing music – he is considered one of the finest banjo pickers in Sevier County real estate!

Our Senior Buyers Agent was born and raised in southeast England and attended University College, London. Much traveled, Beth discovered the Smokies many years ago and realized this was her place to call ‘home!’ When not helping buyers find their next home she enjoys yoga, trivia, ballroom dancing, and relaxing with her partner, Richard.
